Regina Minor Football currently uses several policies and procedures that are not documented and publically available. We are in the process of making all of our common administrative procedures documented and easily available to all members.

Rules & Codes of Conduct

The RMF abides by the Canadian Amateur Football Rules and Regulations. As our site progresses we will post information in this section for rules and regulations that apply specifically to the Regina Minor Football Association.

Over the history of Regina Minor Football, weigh-in's and weight loss controversies have always plagued the league. After seeking medical and legal advice over numerous weight loss concerns, Regina Minor Football is taking action. Check out all the details contained in our Weigh-In Policy.
Safety Information

Please view the shoulder pad video to ensure your child’s equipment is properly fitted and remains properly fitted for the duration of the season.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the size, condition, or proper fit of your child’s equipment, please contact your head coach or team manager for an exchange.

Properly fitted equipment will not eliminate injuries and/or concussions, but will reduce the odds considerably.
