1.1 All players must register with the League office by the registration deadline.

1.2 Late registrations will be accepted subject to space availability.

1.3 Player placements are at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

1.4 Prior to participating in games All players must be registered, fees paid in full, weighed in.

1.5 Player eligibility to be determined by the Registrar.

1.6 A head coach may protect 2 (two) assistant coaches. Children of the protected coaches will be assigned to the team under the following circumstances:
   a) players must be coaches' children.
   b) the parent must be an active and approved coach.

1.7 Atom Division registration requirements:
a) Nine, ten or eleven as of October 31
b) Maximum weight 110 lbs (see weigh in policy)

1.8 Pee Wee Division registration requirements:
a) Thirteen years old or under as of October 31
b) Maximum weight 135 lbs (see weigh in policy)

1.9 Bantam Division registration requirements:
a) 15 years old or under as of October 31
b) Any player registered with the R.M.F. who dresses and/or plays in a high school football game will automatically lose eligibility to participate in any R.M.F. practice or games..
